Gritty hope. Rooted, resilient, and honest about uncertainty while staying fully present and committed to finding our way through complex realities.
Not hope that can be pursued with the usual extra effort. But hope that demands applying ourselves in an unfamiliar way, opening to genuine "I don't know".
Special Offerings
From time to time, I offer something new - to support you and me to sustain real hope. Over the past few years, these have included:
training for coaches in how to grow real hope in themselves and their clients
hope "do-jos", guided virtual experiences to support you to tap your intuitive wisdom through immersion in light movement, sound, poems followed by free-flow writing
special art shows (virtual and occasionally in person) related to a theme of hope -- the art serves as an icon of hope.
